Decks & Porches

We offer a variety of decking options! Whether its pressure treated decking or a high-performance composite decking. At JLA Roofing & Exteriors, we can guide you to go over your options and understand the pros and cons of each as well as maintenance required to keep your deck beautiful for years to come.

Pressure Treated

Pressure-treated decking uses a softwood lumber material which has been chemically treated to withstand decay, termites and rot.  Using this material gives you a blank canvas, being easy to work with and able to be stained or painted any color you desire. This makes it a wonderful option if you are trying to match the color of an existing feature of your house.

Composite decking is notably more durable than traditional wood decking. It won’t splinter, crack, or peel as it ages. It also requires much less maintenance because the materials never need to be stained, sanded, or sealed. It is also resistant to moisture, weathering and fading. We use Trex for our composite decking, giving you a variety of color and style options.
